My birthdays have always involved a homemade cake made with love from my grandma and tons of family. My birthday week is shared with 4 cousins ...a few aunts and uncles ...and anniversaries. Wait did  I say SHARED?!?! YES I did!!!! But to one of the brats on the show My Super Sweet 16 that would NOT do.The whole show is devoted to super rich teenagers planning the ultimate birthday celebration. It would be perfectly fine if they were rich and appreciated what that had but that is not the case at all. Each episode always has some whining and complaining until they get the huge Hummer and  Katy Perry to sing and act like they care about the birthday girl. Some people now have those expectations for their special day but the bill goes to their poor mothers and fathers. When planning for my 16th birthday I wasn't the one who went crazy. My best friend planned a whole entrance for me. I was going to arrive in a limo fashionably late with a red carpet and a fancy dress. That NEVER happened and I'm glad. How could I be late to my own party?! My gift for my 16th birthday was my party at the wise ave fire station with karaoke and pizza and I wouldn't have had it any other way =) I didn't get a car but i did get DISNEY PRINCESS balloons !!!!! Hey I couldn't drive yet so why did I need one ..... I did however know how amazing disney movies were=) .Depending on the person this show can make even the best people crazy and snobby brats. I'm glad it didn't affect me!!!!!
